Volunteer Opportunities
To maintain The Catty
Shack Ranch takes a tremendous amount of effort and work. Everyone
can become a volunteer no matter what you specialize in. These beautiful
cats need your help and appreciate everything that is done for them.
There is always a water bowl to be cleaned and filled, buildings to be
repaired, fences to be painted and repaired, grass to be trimmed and
cut, toys to be changed out, cages to be cleaned and so much more. Well
you see what we mean.
The Kitties of The Catty Shack Ranch truly appreciates all of the people who choose to spend some of their free time helping us and these beautiful cats by making The Catty Shack a happy and safe home for the residents.
We know that not everyone has the physical capability or the free time to do volunteer work here at the ranch but you can still help out in ways you never thought of. Distributing flyers for our fundraisers, making phone calls to radio stations, administrative work, advertising, etc.
The Catty Shack Ranch appreciates those under-age volunteers. We do ask, however, that if you are under the age of eighteen (18), that you be always accompanied by an adult known to you. Also, we will require a signed waiver from your parents or legal guardians who are legally responsible for your safety and well being.
If you want to make a difference and become a volunteer, please come to our monthly volunteer meeting on the 1st Thursday or every month or you may email our volunteer coordinator at diana@cattyshack.com or curt@cattyshack.com or webmaster@cattyshack.org. We can discuss different functions and options with you.
