Hours of Operation

Our events are our primary way of raising funds for our residents. 100% of proceeds to go our residents! We are completely run by volunteers, so we are only able to be open certain days of the week. Please see our “Public Tours“ listing for the days we are open.

Since Catty Shack is an all-volunteer organization, we are limited to the days we are open to the public. Volunteers are scheduled every day that we are open to the public so that we can give you the most personalized tour of our facility that is possible. It is our hope that the more volunteers we have that are available to spend their time at the ranch, the more days we will be able to stay open for public tours. If you are interested in volunteering your time, please click here to learn more.

Public Tours - We are open at least one day out of every weekend for public tours. At various times throughout the year we also have special events such as our Haunted Forest and the Roar N’ Snore Camp-out. Please see our calendar for the most up-to-date public events.

Daytime Tours: Admission for these tour dates is $10/adults, $5/children (3-11). Children 2 & under are free. These tours are a great way to see our cats relaxing and enjoying the sun. Depending on their mood, you may see them luxuriating in their pools, playing with their toys, or just sleeping (with their bellies in the air!)

Night Feeding Tours: Admission for feedings is $15/adults, $10/children (3-11). Children 2 & under are free. Our cats wake up after dark – so during these tours, be prepared to hear them roar, play with each other (and their toys), and sometimes even show off their teeth! There are no age limitations to these tours (or any tour).

School Tours -  School tours require reservations and at least 15 people in the group.
