It was quite a productive day, despite the Florida heat; the troops helped with projects such as fencing, new lights in the back area, and painting (including den boxes and fencing). Thank you to Perry Rider and Teresa Fischer for helping coordinate a work day with these two amazing groups – we appreciate all the work they put in for our residents.

If you are interested in bringing out a group to do a “work day” with Catty Shack, please contact us. Work days are ideal for Girl/Boy Scout Troops, corporate volunteer days, community volunteer groups, and any other type of group you can think of. Our group coordinator will discuss age restrictions, available days/times, available projects, and more with you through e-mail.
