Mojo’s Barbeque was featured at the April Roar-N-Snore event as our guests’ dinner Saturday night. It was fantastic food at a fantastic event! Everyone enjoyed this delicious meal before the cats showed their enthusiasm for their own dinner. Thank you, Mojo & all their workers, for offering this fantastic dining experience at our camp-out!

Owner and proprietor, Todd Lineberry, brings his many years of  experience to this unique barbeque concept that’s anything but typical. No matter what Mojo’s you eat at – whether in Avondale or St. Augustine – you’ll quickly find out why this bar-b-que has won the hearts of people in Jacksonville. For more information on how to get your Mojo workin’ visit them at one of their four Jacksonville locations or check out the website at www.mojobbq.com. Or just get on up and come visit – there’s probably a Mojo just around the corner. And if there isn’t, it’s coming soon!

Mojo also offers full service on-site catering. Call (904) 732-7200 for more information.

Painting with a Twist
Painting with a Twist Logo

Painting with a TwistPainting with a Twist was founded in 2009 as a franchise of Corks N Canvas, a Louisiana company created by Cathy Deano and Renee Maloney. The company owners maintain a core value of giving back to the community through their program, Painting with a Purpose. Painting with a Purpose is a monthly fundraising event held at all franchise locations. In May, the Catty Shack Ranch was selected as their community cause for the San Marco location. The event was held on May 4th and guests, along with a few Catty Shack Ranch volunteers, were able to create their own painting of a jaguar. A great time was had by everyone and altogether the event raised $720 for the Catty Shack Ranch. Painting with a Twist offers a fantastic experience for anyone that has ever wished to unleash the artist within. Thank you to everyone who came out to support this event!

Painting with a Twist offers a unique experience where guests, beginner to experienced, are able to re-create an original painting. Under the guidance of one of their experienced artists, Painting with a Twist creates a fun atmosphere where the guests are also offered wine or their choice of other beverages. Together with Corks N Canvas, Painting with a Twist stands as one of the largest employers of aspiring artists, with 137 franchises throughout the nation.

As they state on their website, www.paintingwithatwist.com, “It’s a little bit of paint, a little bit of wine, and a whole lot of fun!”
